Gail is someone I would trust to handle any real-estate transaction. She represented me as a seller in 2022. This was an extremely active and volatile market: just at the height of demand and when interest rates were at their lowest. Lots going on! Gail did an excellent job, truly going "above and beyond" in all respects.
Generally, her communication skills are great. She listens. So she knew what my priorities and plans were for the sale of the house. I really felt like I had a good "team" with Gail representing me. She's a hard worker.
Specifically: her work putting together the "comps" before-hand was thorough and insightful. She knows the market. Then she had a well-planned strategy for pricing and managing the bids. In this case, managing the bids was a real challenge since it was a seller's market and there were many offers. So it took some real organization and patience to analyze the bids. She held two full days of open-houses. Very busy! Seeing the sale through untill the close was also complicated and challenging. But I never doubted that Gail was in my corner. This sale took Gail many hours of hard, stressful work.
Gail even had a buyer approach her directly. So she had a chance to serve as a "double disclosed agent" on the sale. Meaning she might have received both buyer AND seller commissions. But she was 100% diligent in her responsibility to me as my agent. She put my interests first. How many people in real-estate would act like that?

Gail was incredibly patient and was brilliant for the whole process of buying a home. My wife and I were a bit all over the place in determining what kind of home we were looking for. Even though we went through many different types homes/condos/townhouse across many towns, we ultimately found a place. There were days we would look at 8- 10 homes across many towns and Gail was able to expertly schedule all the times in an efficient manner.
